The olives are picked directly from the trees, cold pressed in our own mills, and turned into “yellow gold” for your table.
This small production, a limited edition, is a further confirmation of the quality and uniqueness of this product. Taste: fruity, delicate, round, sweet with a pine nut and almond finish, a barely perceptible bitter and spicy sensation. Many recipes of the Ligurian tradition, especially meat and fish dishes, require the use of this ingredient.
