Description
Color: deep and intense ruby red with bright violet reflections.
Scent: complex, fruity of ripe black berries (currant, blackberry) with strong balsamic and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub, both sweet spices (caramel, vanilla, bitter cocoa) and fresh spices (clove, nutmeg) on a diverse mineral background.
Taste: great body and harmony between the tannic component and the soft one; the structure and persistence make it a far-sighted wine with rosy prospects over at least the next five years.
SUGGESTIONS:
A perfect match for stews and roasted meats, also ideal as a meditation wine. We recommend serving at 16ºC.
