Description

Color: a bright straw yellow with shiny golden reflections.

Scent: fresh and fruity with strong citrus hues (grapefruit and bitter orange) against a background of mineral and balsamic herbs (sage, thyme, and lesser calamint), typical of our Mediterranean bush and quite widespread in our land.

Taste: nice body and harmony between the acidity and softness; very savory and mineral finish, as per the terroir of the Cinque Terre, where the grapes are constantly in touch with salt. This strongly contributes to the sensory profile.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

An aperitif wine, which perfectly combines with the fresh and tasty starters from our large assortment. We recommend serving at 8ºC.
