Description
Originally from the valleys of the Ligurian hinterland, the Croxetti were anciently processed pressing the bottom of a glass on a puff pastry, then enriched with decorations and stampings.
They have the shape of a small, thin coin with a drawing pressed on it. Once upon a time, they were stamped with the families’ coats of arms.
Great with the traditional walnut sauce, but also with the classic Genoese pesto or even with meat or vegetable sauces.
The Croxetti di Pasta di Liguria is a healthy and genuine product, made with organic, natural and local ingredients only, processed with pure spring water, with no dyes and aromas added.
