This small production, a limited edition, is the further confirmation of the quality and the uniqueness of this product. Taste: fruity, delicate, round, sweet with a pin nut and almond finish, a barely noticeable bitter and spicy sensation. Many recipes of the Ligurian tradition, especially meat and fish dishes, require the use of this ingredient.
