Description
PDO Genoese basil pesto with a very delicate taste. Obviously excellent for dressing pasta but also for preparing tasty canapés. But we also recommend it with fish and why not, even on pizza. Also great for flavoring soups and minestrone.
It’s produced with pine nuts, exclusively Italian extra virgin olive oil, only Italian DOP basil, and Parmesan cheese, Sardinian flower, salt from Trapani, and garlic from Vessalico.
Because of a skilful balance of traditional ingredients, this pesto is ready to use and can be stored out of the fridge for several months.
