From Pasticceria Vigo, a historic pastry-maker based in Masone (close to Genoa), the good, old-fashioned Genoa Cake (il Pandolce!). The encounter of flour, butter, eggs, raisins, and candied fruit that skilfully mixed recreate the flavor of our tradition.
