This product is exclusively made with oranges from the Buranco farm. Due to the peculiar Cinque Terre vegetation and the properties of the Mediterranean bush, this marmelade is unique in its kind. Due to its rather acrid taste, this jam is typical match for soft, fresh cheeses, with a rather sweet taste: ricotta, Camembert and mascarpone.
