Rose syrup is a typical product of Liguria. A refreshing drink, also suitable for flavoring desserts, ice creams, and yogurts. It has diuretic properties (drunk on an empty stomach in warm water) and anti-inflammatory properties for the mouth and upper respiratory tract (gargling with syrup diluted in water). A product as rare as it is important.
