Description
A deep ruby red color with a wide, a rather intense and persistent aroma, fruity with hints of rose, raspberry, strawberry, combined with a good vinosity. Dry, savory, nicely soft, and bitterish. Particularly suitable for rabbit with Taggiasca olives, fish, and stewed stockfish, casserole meat and poultry, medium-aged cheeses. We recommend serving at 15º C.
