The olives are directly picked from the trees, cold pressed in our own mills and turned into “yellow gold” for your table.
This small production, a limited edition, is the further confirmation of the quality and the uniqueness of this product. Taste: fruity, delicate, round, sweet with a pine nut and almond finish, a barely perceptible bitter and spicy sensation. Many traditional Ligurian recipes, especially meat and fish dishes, require the use of this ingredient.
