Description
The Valleggia Apricot (Slow Food Presidium), is small but its aroma and taste are particularly intense. This jam is ideal for those who love strong tastes and delicious textures. Suitable for breakfast or as a dessert but it also goes perfectly with cheeses such as pecorino sardo, roquefort, fossa cheese, gorgonzola or the traditional Giuncata (fresh sheep cheese).
