Description

Color: deep and intense ruby red with bright violet reflections.

Scent: complex, fruity with ripe black berries (currant, blackberry), also endowed with strong balsamic and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub, and spices, both sweet (caramel, vanilla, bitter cocoa) and fresh (clove, nutmeg) on a diverse mineral background.

Taste: great body and harmony between the tannic component and the soft one; its structure and persistence make it a far-sighted wine with great prospects over at least the next five years.

RECOMMENDATIONS

A perfect match for roasted meats and great stews, also ideal as a meditation wine. We recommend serving at 16ºC.
