Description
The color of this Pigato passito is golden and dense yellow when swirling. Intense, full-bodied, complex with flavors of dry hay, ripe fruit, dried fruit such as figs, walnuts and saffron. Warm, soft, savory, and supported by a balanced acidity. A good match for dry treats with almonds and hazelnuts, the classic Genoa cake, but also medium-sized cheese.
